1. By completing the 'Details and Requirements' form and sending it to us, you are requesting that we place these details on our database and any information you have supplied can be passed on to any EMPLOYER member requesting these details. You are also agreeing that we from time to time send you emails that are work related or in our opinion of benefit to you. ie free software or other benefits. We will not at any time send you emails that are not trade related .
2. Your details will not be added to our database until we have verified its contents. We will contact you by e-mail should there be any problems with your details.
3. We will not be able to verify the the truthfulness of any statements you make in your advert and accordingly, you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us which are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by you.
4. To remove your details from our database e-mail us at admin@approvedsparks.co.uk giving your username and password and we will have your details removed .
5. This service is available free of any charge to all members registering for work.
6. We reserve the right to change these conditions at anytime. |
