It also means you are agreeing that the advert and all other parts of the form completed by you can be viewed by anyone with Internet access throughout the world. • The cost of each job advert you place depends on the advertising campaign you choose, there are 3 levels.

• Gold costing £55 per advert giving you 7 days of advertising on our website plus emails sent to all our members who have chosen to be informed of work in the area you have indicated and your job advert displayed on the toolbar of our members and non members computer if this option has been enabled by them.

• Silver costing £35 per advert giving you 7 days of advertising on our website plus your job advert displayed on the toolbar of our members and non members computer if this option has been enabled by them.

• Bronze costing £27.50 per advert giving you 7 days of advertising on our website

• By choosing one of the options above and sending it to our database, you are entering into a contract with us to place an advert on our website. When your requirements have been accepted by us, an Invoice via email will be sent to you.

• All invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date. Late payment will entitle us to charge Interest at the rate of 4% above Barclays Bank base rate. Late payers will be sent 3 reminders by email, if payment is still not received we will send a reminder by post at a cost of £25.00 for each reminder to cover admininistration costs.

• No contract is made between us until we have verified and accepted your advert. We will contact you by e-mail should there be any problems with your details.

• Each advert must be for one job only.

• We will not be able to verify the the truthfulness of any statements you make in your advert and accordingly, you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us which are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by you.

• You may cancel the advert for any reason at any time, providing we receive the cancellation of the advert before it has been placed on the Internet, no payment will be requested from you.

• Our liability for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advert or series of adverts.

• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime.

Responses to advertisements

• You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have placed with us and not do anything which may bring approvedsparks.co.uk into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against approvedsparks.co.uk arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.

  We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that individuals responding to your advert are suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.
